ANIMA DELL'UOMO COME SOMIGLI ALL'ACQUA

L’acqua è la fonte della vita, il simbolo sacro l’elemento di benedizione del divino. Lavarsi non ha solo un significato igienico sanitario, ma simboleggia la ricreazione di una cosmesi mistica. Perchè l’anima dell’uomo, come diceva Goethe, somiglia all’acqua.
La visione del nostro volto, che si specchia nella superfice lacustre, ci richiama ad una fusione entusiastica con la natura che ci ha generato. Il paesaggio è un continuum con la nostra anima, con il nostro sguardo che abbraccia un orizzonte, nel quale ci sentiamo cullati dalla bellezza del creato.
Mi è sembrato interessante riflettere su questi temi attraverso le visioni degli artisti, invitandovi anche il mondo dell’impresa, del design e dell’architettura.

Water is the source of life, the sacred symbol, the divine blessing. Washing not only has a hygienic and sanitary significance, but also symbolizes the re-creation of a mystical cosmetics. Because the human soul, as Goethe said, resembles water.
The vision of our face, reflected in the lake’s surface, evokes an enthusiastic fusion with the nature that created us. The landscape is a continuum with our soul, with our gaze embracing a horizon, where we feel cradled by the beauty of creation.
I found it interesting to reflect on these themes through the visions of artists, also inviting the world of business, design, and architecture.

DISEGNARE IL PAESAGGIO - Ginevra Sisti, Landscape Designer

Il processo creativo che affronta il designer del paesaggio si fonda sull’osservazione sensibile e la comprensione: del genus loci, di chi vivrà il posto, di come lo abiterà, del percorso di vita che accompagnerà il luogo ed osserverà l’alternanza delle sue stagioni. Stagioni di vita, stagioni naturali. Tutto questo, filtrato dalla sensibilità e dall’estetica scelta dal designer a cui ci si affida, il quale ha un compito antico, delicato, fondamentale: separare la selva dal domestico, creare l’ambiente anti-domus, con una sorta di selva addomesticata, senza distaccarsi troppo dal paesaggio circostante in cui si è immersi, in cui chi abita un luogo deve riflettersi.
Siamo noi ad abitare il luogo immerso nel paesaggio oppure è, in qualche maniera, il paesaggio che con grazia torna a abitare le nostre vite?

The creative process undertaken by the landscape designer is based on sensitive observation and understanding: of the genus loci, of those who will inhabit the place, of how they will inhabit it, of the life path that will accompany the place and observe the alternation of its seasons. Seasons of life, natural seasons. All this, filtered by the sensitivity and aesthetics chosen by the designer entrusted to us, who has an ancient, delicate, and fundamental task: separating the wild from the domestic, creating an anti-domus environment, a sort of domesticated wild, without detaching itself too much from the surrounding landscape in which it is immersed, in which those who inhabit a place must be reflected.
Do we inhabit the place immersed in the landscape, or is it, in some way, the landscape that gracefully returns to inhabit our lives?
